Complimentary ground shipping on orders over $60 within the 48 US continental states Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Orders of $60 will receive 1 complimentary candle from Signature Collections.
  • Orders of $75 will receive 2 complimentary candles from signature Collection.
  • We don’t ship to P.O. Box, only to a street address.

Orders with International shipping destination or shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will be required to pay customs and duty prior to delivery.

Xaya cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, taxes, duties or any other fees on International shipping delivery or invalid address. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, Postal strike or inclement weather.

  • UPS Ground: 5-7 day delivery. Price based on shipping address
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 day delivery. Price based on shipping address
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2- day delivery. Price based on shipping address
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3-day delivery. Price based on shipping address

In case where we’ve temporarily run out of certain products, orders will be held until products become available and there may be a slight shipping delay.

RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your order and hope that you are delighted with your purchased product. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. If the product was damaged during shipping please email your order number with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of your receipt of product at customerservice@xayausa.com. We offer replacement only for goods damaged during shipping. All sales are final and refunds, exchanges or replacements cannot be accepted.

Please note that all Room & Body Sprays will be shipped to you by Ground Delivery due to Air Transport restrictions and regulations. These Items can be shipped only within the 48 US continental states.
